The Carrutherstown Hotel is a family-run hotel conveniently situated in a small village of the same name now by-passed on the A75 Carlisle to Stranraer Road approximately 15 miles west of the M6/M74 at Gretna and 7 miles east of Dumfries By-pass.

We have a total of SIX bedrooms, all en-suite, comprising of FOUR twin bedrooms and TWO family rooms with a double bed and full size twin beds. All rooms have 'Freeview' digital televisions, tea/coffee making facilities, and are furnished to a high standard. Our bed and breakfast terms include a choice from our full Scottish breakfast menu.

Our comfortable and relaxing restuarant serves traditional, home-cooked lunches and dinners, using local produce whenever possible..

We are well-located for access to the many golf courses in our area, and for access to the Wildfowling opportunities to be had in the upper Solway Estuary, and we can specifically cater for customers wishing to engage in these activities.

We are close to the popular wedding venues of Hetland Hall Hotel and Comlongon Castle and offer reasonably priced alternative guest accommodation.
